Order Cut-Off Times
The cut-off time for orders placed using the DPD 1-2 Day service is 10am Mon-Thurs (excluding Bank Holidays) in order to guarantee same-day dispatch and delivery the following working day (subject to cleared payment). DPD Next Day orders placed after 10am, Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed before 10am on Fridays should be dispatched the same day, however we cannot guarantee it will be delivered on Saturday.
We are NOT open at weekends. Orders placed after the 10am cut-off point on Friday and all DPD orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (normally Monday, excluding bank holidays) to arrive Tuesday/Wednesday
Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control, and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.
