All MONHOUSE products come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
An extended 2-year warranty is available for registered customers. To qualify, customers must register their product within 7 days of delivery.
In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, MONHOUSE will first offer to repair the product. If a repair is not possible, an identical replacement will be offered. In the event an identical replacement is not available, store credit for the value of the damaged/ defective product will be issued, which will be available for 12 months from the date of issue.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
In the event you need to make a warranty claim, please email us at support@monhouse.co.uk with your proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, along with any accompanying photos or videos.
Second hand items are not covered by any warranty, regardless of any registration.
Warranty is only applicable to orders placed with MONHOUSE directly either via our online store, or direct marketplace stores.
If an item is purchased via any 3rd party seller, your item will not be eligible for any warranty cover.
MONHOUSE reserves the right to modify or discontinue its warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
